This county-wide housing program is designed to provide down payment and closing cost assistance for individuals and families who can make monthly home payments but who have not been able to save the money for the down payment and closing costs. It is a terrific program to assist our community renters to fulfill their dream of becoming homeowners.

Our program especially helps those who want to establish or improve their credit reputation while they lease and live in the single family residence or condo of their choice. After 39 months, they have the right to exercise the option to purchase the home by assuming the mortgage according to program guidelines.
